
Major life changes or simply "life happens"?… Moved, change of custody, new job… Etc?
Over the past year occurred following. . . . Being at peace ~ 4 years now divorced after 23 years. marriage. . . He moved from the house they had lived for 15 years. ~ Moved three miles to nice house / flat. ~ Three months later my teens (son 15, daughter of 17) began to live with his father and youngest daughter did not like their relationship with me as much. Even in the same schools. Oldest daughter (20) lives on campus. ~ I celebrated my 50 birthday … OK with that. ~ Started working again last fall after being an at home for the past 20 years. ~ Living alone for the first time in life as children are with Dad now. I'm socializing and staying busy … but "free time" is new to me. ~ I let go of my work this morning as the manger was condescending to those who worked there … Others would say anything … I did a few weeks ago that it was unacceptable to me … Result … let himself go … I'm fine with it. Big changes? Or. . . simply "life happens'?

Since then we have a little back on track. It was a few years where I did not know which was, and I'm still bad, but we went ahead. We to be strong for them and our son. Its hard though.
